Associate, Rights & Partnerships

THE ROLE
You will work directly with the founder on how we acquire commercial rights to enterprise data and IP, and how those rights are put to work in our research and with our partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assess what a company holds, what is valuable, and what can be used
- Run conversations with enterprises and partners, from first call to signed agreement
- Coordinate rights, de-identification and delivery with legal and technical teams
- Keep track of how AI labs use enterprise data, and what they need next
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A few years in consulting, venture, business development or technology partnerships
- Clear, precise writing, and comfort with contracts and detail
- Discretion: much of what we do is confidential
- Interest in AI and data; hands-on technical experience is a plus
